Sometime I just crave all the greens, or sometimes I need an invigorating boost in the morning. This is zingy with lime zest and spicy with ginger. Ginger is great for the stomach and is anti-inflammatory, it really helps with pain, headaches and migraines in particular. Taking ginger either as ground or freshly grated, on the first slight of a headache or migraine could significantly reduce the pain. Ingredients
1 ½ cup fresh pineapple
Juice of half a lemon
Zest of half a lime
Large handful spinach
5-8 mint leaves
½ -1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
1 tsp matcha powder
Instructions
Blitz in a high speed blender till smooth, pour into glasses with ice. You can add ice to the blender if you like.
