This is a super simple way to make Pad Thai thanks to the guys at Blue Dragon. If you're in a rush midweek and want something nutritious and tasty this is the perfect recipe. I add tofu and green veggies to mine and some extra garnishes. The pack with the perfect amount of noodles, sauce and crunchy nuts.
SERVES:

Marinated tofu
1 block 280g
3 tbsp. tamari
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 inch piece of ginger grated
2 garlic cloves grated
2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
Noodles
1 Blue dragon Pad Thai kit
1 red chilli sliced
3 handfuls of green veg, mange tout, green beans, sugar snap peas or broccoli
Handful coriander leaves
1 lime cut in half
4 spring onions sliced
Sesames seeds to finish
