Super simple, kids and adults love it, the oats give it a bit of an oomph and more sustained energy for breakfasts, but can be omitted if serving later in the day.

Ingredients
- ½ cup frozen strawberry
- ½ cup frozen banana
- ¼ cup rolled oats (optional)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp maple
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients and blend in a high-powered blender until smooth.
