This is a very simple recipe to whiz up, every recipe I have read for this is basically the same 3-4 ingredients.

  • Serves:Yield ½ cup

  • 150g cashews
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ ground/dried garlic granules
  • 3tbs nutritional yeast


Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz to a fine crumb.
